• We do not limit the number of photographs we take - the time limit of the package purchased dictates when we stop photographing a wedding
• Additional photography time may be purchased upon request of the bride or groom and payable at time of request if the photographer is available
• All our services are available through packages or a la carte as desired by the bride and groom
• We love to capture each wedding's LOVE STORY - that is why we photograph weddings
• Weddings are 95% of our photography business - portraits and classic dance photography make up the remaining 5%
• During a wedding, we allocate normally 1/2 to 1 hour to formals, depending on the size of the wedding party and the requests of the bride and groom
• Engagement sessions are included in some of our packages but can be added to any of our packages or selected as an a la carte service
• Wedding albums of various kinds and levels of quality are available for viewing, normally at the time of booking the wedding
• Wedding contracts are always signed upon booking a wedding with us to secure our services and protect our clients and us as well
• Though we prefer a 50% deposit/retainer at the time of booking (negotiable), depending on the closeness of the wedding date - wedding dates longer than 6 months qualify for our non-interest payment plans
• The balance of a wedding is due 30-days prior to the wedding date
• All images are by law copyrighted to us as the photographers and can be purchased from us
• Our proofs are in digital format and will be viewed by the bride and groom at our studio or on a password-protected web site - others may view them upon permission of the bride and groom
• We do not have any hidden charges as all is detailed in our contract and explained at the time of signing
• A model release for use of the photographs of the bride and groom is included in the contract for use in the highest standards and tasteful advertisements in studio displays, web site, and promotional purposes
• Due to the use of digital media, we are able to deliver our photography products much faster than others who use film.
• We use glamour-style of retouching on the bride and groom and moms to make everyone look their very best
